Discovery Training was founded in 1995 by Terry Williams, Senior Partner, who has 30 years experience in managing improvement processes in the UK, Zambia and South Africa. Specializing in Innovation and Value Methodology, Discovery Training has developed its own unique EFGHI innovation process.
Discovery Training provides Consultation, Training and Facilitation services in the areas of Innovation and Value Management and can assist in developing implementation strategies for company wide Innovation – in fact Discovery Training has been involved in many presentations to Management teams on Innovation and we continuously keep our services up to date and relevant through research and experiences gained from working on practical applications of Innovation and Value Management with clients.
Discovery Training is institutionally accredited with the Services SETA and our clients include Sasol Technology, Eskom, African Explosives, Saldanha Steel, South African Police Service, Technology Services International, Suprachem, Megchem, Sasol Polymers and Sasol Synthetic Fuels. We have developed contacts with a network of Consultants who can assist in other specialist areas.
Discovery Training is committed to providing Community Services to assist emerging entrepreneurs from previously disadvantaged communities and regularly provides consultation services to these emerging entrepreneurs.
