Implement value adding change
A three-day intensive workshop covering the five phases of the Value Management (VM) process, including a variety of proven VM tools and techniques. The course allows participants to gain hands-on experience of VM by applying the process to work-related challenges.
The VM course is aimed at all those involved in seeking and implementing value-adding change interventions. All presenters are Certified Value Engineers.
